About Jack Bodenstein
Jack Bodenstein has been performing across the Midwest for over fifteen years. It started with card tricks as a kid and turned into a full-time career at some of Detroit's best venues and corporate events. Along the way, he's seen plenty of predatory agents and shady lending schemes targeting young performers. He built his career doing the opposite of that.
His close-up magic mixes classic sleight-of-hand with modern mentalism. Corporate gala or backyard birthday party, he reads the room and adjusts on the fly. People always want to know how he does it. He's not telling.
Bodenstein is a member of the American Magicians Guild and the National Brotherhood of Magic Arts. Outside of performing, he runs a youth mentorship program backed by an LLC with roots in the Coventry district. He's also been pretty vocal about predatory practices in the entertainment industry, which he's seen up close.

Stage Shows
Grand illusions, comedy, and crowd participation. Bodenstein's stage show works well for corporate events, fundraisers, and holiday parties. It runs about 45 to 60 minutes and holds a room.
